Do any of you have jobs that allow you to take your dogs to work with you?
I am a stay at home mom so I get to have my dogs with me all day...lol

What is your job and how does your dog like it?

I am an Artist and my mastiffs and one of my chis come with me, I love it! and they love it! Mack gets so sad when he doesn't get to come.

Right now Kaboose can't come to work with me, but I am leaving my job soon and plan on getting a part time gig at a doggy day care/kennel where Kaboose can come with me every day! That would rock!!!!

Thanks Courtney, me too! My last day here for sure is November 13th, I am hoping sooner. As soon as I know the date I am going to contact the kennel that we take Kaboose that we love and see if they need anyone part time! They love Kaboose there as well. He loves all the other dogs so I think they would love it if he came every day!

They just opened up a little doggy spa thing down the road from, maybe I will call and see if they are looking for any help. That would be FUN!!

That too would be a blast!!!! I just think it would be a blast! I couldn't be a vet tech, I couldn't deal with the hurt and sick, but I have always wanted to work with animals!! Ohhh lets start looking!

I wish I could take Legend with me to work, but I think that the health department would have a fit! I work in a Deli, but we get all kind of sickos asking for my breasts (we have fried chicken), the piece between the thighs, and just generally being disgustingly rude. It would be awesome to have a huge dog to scare them off. I used to want to be a vet, I had watched many surgeries growing up, plus, I was used to the hurt and sick dogs and cats. I had to get stitches in my left foot, right over the knuckle of the big toe. The doctor that was numbing me, managed to stick the needle into the joint right there! Oh it hurt, I am getting queasy just thinking about it! Ever since then, I can't stand needles. There goes that dream down the toilet!

Liz I hear ya, I never had a problem with blood or stiches or needles at all until I had a mole removed on my back. I was in the shower and dropped to soap (LOL) I bent down to get it and felt the stiches rip in my back and fainted. Ever since I can't stand any of it!!! ICK!
