Is there a ryhme or reason as to why you named your mastiffs what you did? I had no theme, rhyme or reason for each of my crew, I just liked the names. I would like to get on a theme from here on out...LOL
Maybe my favorite movies or better yet, my favorite drinks????

I have had some kind of reasoning behind mine. Zoey came into our lives after the tragedy of losing her half-sister so hers is in memory of. Genesis was our first mastiff puppy that we produced ourselves thus in the beginning... I thought was a catch start. And Ryker is The next Generation of our crew so that is where his name originates from...

MannyLynn is our mastiff.
Her given name is O'Mainnin (O-mann-yun)
This is my boyfriend's mother's madien name before it was changed @ Ellis Island. When relatives off the boat from Ireland arrived, the name was changed to Manning. So Manny was given a family name. She rarely gets called her given name, but when she does, she knows she's in trouble, just like non-furry kids!
Mostly we call her Manny, but we do a have a few nicknames- MannyLynn, Manny the Moose, Mandolin...

Kaboose - well he got his name because we were hoping he would be laid back and calm and always at the end of the train.... not so much. We can say he at least was the last born of his litter (lol, there were two in the litter) plus it's cool because his sisters Genesis is the begining and Kaboose is the end : ) I would post a picture but I don't know how. Tara, can you help a sister out?

I had no reason as to why I named Legend Legend. I wanted to name him Ryder, Chris didn't like it. We liked Harley, but too many dogs are named Harley. We wanted something different, and we wanted something that we could also use as a breeder name, hence Legendary Mastiffs! Very Happy

His full name is Destiny's Legendary Harley. We used Harley because we could us that to branch of off in the future, we are really in to Harley Davidson.

You were Amiee, I wish we would have known that in advanced we could have met! I thought it was a little weird there but that's just me. Kaboose had fun, he was the only mastiff that went into that nasty pond.
